Freight carried by landing craft from Campbell River to sites on the coast, including places with no dock.
98 ft landing craft·14 ft bow ramp·Since 1986
The answer
What we move for a site.
We carry all freight. Machines, fuel, lumber, trucks.
The Inlet Raider is a 98 ft landing craft with a 14 ft bow ramp. She can land on a beach, so the load can come off where there is no dock.
If what your site needs isn't on this list, call Bill and describe it. He'll tell you whether it goes.

Aquaculture is the work this business started with, back in 1986. There is less of it on the coast than there was, and we still take it.
We load anywhere on the coast.
Not only at Campbell River. We load at Vancouver, at Victoria, or wherever the freight is sitting now. We run from Seattle up through BC to Alaska.

How it works
How a site run works.
The run from Campbell River out to your site, in four stops: from your call to the load coming off at the float or the beach.

What needs to go out, roughly how big and heavy, where it sits now and where the site is. A phone call is fine.

Questions
What site managers ask.
Do you still do freight runs to aquaculture sites?
Yes. It is the work this business started with in 1986, and we still take it, though there is less of it on the coast than there was. Tell us where the site is and what needs to go, and Bill will tell you if the run works.
What can you carry out to an aquaculture site?
We carry all freight. Machines, fuel, lumber, trucks. For anything else, call Bill at 604-740-1599 and describe it.
Can you land at a site with no dock?
On a beach, yes. She puts her 14 ft bow ramp down on the shore and the load comes off there. Freight to places with no dock.
Do you load anywhere other than Campbell River?
Yes. We load anywhere on the coast. We load at Vancouver, at Victoria, or wherever the freight is sitting now. Home port is Campbell River, BC, and we run from Seattle up through BC to Alaska.
How much can she carry?
Her deck is 64 ft by 17 ft and she carries up to 100 tons. Machines drive aboard over the 14 ft bow ramp, and two long-reach hydraulic cranes lift what cannot drive on. She makes 12 to 14 knots, and we run 24-hour service.
How do I get a price for a run to our site?
Tell us about the load, or call Bill at 604-740-1599. There are no rates on this site because every run depends on the load and the landing.
